• Act of Completed Work: A document confirming the completion of work on an order, which is signed by the Customer using a digital password.
• Digital Password: A unique code sent to the Customer via Telegram for signing the Act of Completed Work.
• Services: All services provided by TESOFT LTD, including software development based on the Telegram API.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Site and Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any provisions, please discontinue the use of our Site and Services.

3. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Site with the date of the update indicated. We recommend regularly checking the Terms for changes. By continuing to use the Site after changes are made, you agree to the updated Terms.

• Telegram API: Use of the official API to ensure stable and secure operation of applications.
• Third-party Integrations: Ability to integrate with various services and platforms at the Customer’s request.

5. Registration and Account

• Registration: To access the Services, you need to create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information.
• Data Confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account data and password.
• Security Breach Notification: In case of unauthorized use of your account, you must immediately notify us.
• Access Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms.

6. Ordering and Payment

• Placing an Order: Orders are placed through the Personal Account on the Site or by directly contacting us via the contact information provided.
• Order Confirmation: After receiving the order, we will contact you to clarify details and confirm terms.
• Act of Completed Work: Upon completion of the work, you will receive an Act of Completed Work for signing.
• Signing the Act: The Act is signed using a digital password sent to you via Telegram.
• Payment: Payment is made only after signing the Act of Completed Work through the Personal Account or other agreed methods.

7. Digital Password and Signature

The digital password serves to confirm your identity and agreement with the completed work. Keep this password secure and do not share it with third parties. We are not responsible for consequences arising from unauthorized use of the digital password.

8. Intellectual Property

• Rights to Developments: All rights to the developed software belong to TESOFT LTD until full payment is made by the Customer.
• Transfer of Rights: After full payment, all rights to the software are transferred to the Customer, except for rights to used libraries and tools owned by third parties.
• License to Use: You receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the software in accordance with its intended purpose.

9. Confidentiality and Data Protection

• Personal Data: We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK legislation.
• Confidential Information: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of information received during cooperation and not disclose it to third parties without the consent of the other party.
• Consent to Data Processing: By using our Services, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
